Madri we were talking about food recently and then i remembered this ostrich escallop i had in swiss... best damn escallop ever!! But trust my luck that they closed that restaurant and opened up a starbucks in its place !!!! LIKE THIS WORLD NEEDS ANOTHER ONE!

Oh and didnt um-miti3b mention having Gazzelle recently, it then hit me i need to try horse meat :P they sell it everywhere in swiss open any menu and ur bound to see the word Chevelle atleast once :p I need to try it =I

FINALLY !

Been having some issues with my blog l8ly bes i think we finally sorted our problem out :P li7mar makan irawini ilupdates :r i went thru gazillion google links, i went thru as many blogger help pages bes nothing could help. Awal it was easy [WARNING: slightly technical lingu coming up feel free to skip next couple of lines :p] i used to just delete the cookies and temp interenet files and viola but nooo that just had to stop working =/ so i tried everything from programs meant to clean all those files to alternating between IE and Firefox [ YOU CAN READ ON AGAIN :P ]  so my solution to all these problems OPERA ! i can finally see my new temp :P and i can see ur new posts im not stuck staring at all the old ones that never wana change :P

WHY ?! here i am trying to get my body to appreciate sleep more and maybe elevate my sleeping powers to be able to last more than my current 16hr limit and they wana teach ppl to sleep less !! My friend slept for 26hrs ! The Evil Taxi Myth

I'm not sure if it is a Myth :p bes ive gotten away with it for 4 yrs now. The Evil Taxi Myth im talkin about is the myth in which if u sleep in a cab he will take u somewhere isolated and rape you =D

I bring this up cuz im getting tired of being told off for sleeping in taxis, and its not any taxis its one specific ride which i fall alseep in every single time :P and its the ride from the airport to my uni. See when ever i travel no matter how long or short the flight is the first thing i do is i put my bags in the top compartment and then go to sleep 3ala 6ooool i dont even wait for the plane to take off :P

fa lama anzil min the plane im still in sleep mode :P cuz c'mon since when was a 1hr nap enough?! so i try and add to it as much as i can awal ma a6la3 min ilma6ar o get in a cab. Awal ma ad5al i tell him to take me to uni, i put my ipod on 3ashan the driver maysolf ( doesnt always work =/ some of them think its fun to pause my music every 5 mins and talk with them ) So to further prevent them from talking and to shorten an already long ride i go to sleep. I usually wake up once or twice to see itha garabna bes for the most part its a decent 30 min nap if not more.

Ilmushkila whenever i tell some1 this i get the @@ are you crazy look + line ?? It has long been established that my mental stability is all but stable :P but seriously is it that reckless of me to take a nap in a taxi? or is it like i think just the evil taxi myth ?

(o this actually happens after every taxi ride from an airport :p ma6ar swaisra the ride is like 1hr talk about an awesome nap :P i get thru a full playlist during it :P o and for some reason i think we discussed this in another post bes i just got the evil taxi myth talk hence me bringing it up again so incase its a recycled topic just tell me off and il write u another 1 :P )

I cant believe how few people out there know action hank !! SERIOUSLY very few remember him and im not sure how many of you guys reading this even know who im talkin about he's like the McGiver of Dexter. Yes thats dexter as in dexters Lab =P or as i my friend put it "dextero o5o didi il5ibla um3anagees" come to think of it i wonder if u guys even knw McGiver =| lets not even go to that :P

Anyways... so why Action Hank ?? The beard is still alive :P the goatee is yet to resurface and between all the woah mans and why the beard ? I thought laziness was no longer a sufficient answer, and religious reasons would last as long as my next word :p then it hit me whos the coolest person with a beard. Whos the only person with a Beard to be Feared? ACTION HANK !

A feeble attempt at a comeback

gah so i dont wana promise a fully back bloggin dooda cuz last semester was HELL for me and not only did i shelf blogging but i shelved sleep and footie practice. YES sleep and footie ! i was limited to playin footie ONLY TWICE A WEEK instead of the regular 4 or 5 :p but its a holiday now and i really have wanted to blog for sometime and im hoping that the next semester isnt as hell-ish thou cuz i miss sleeping and footie practice =|

As much as i would love to come back with a full fledged rant i have a greater urge to just list several random thoughts that have been on my mind that i feel like sharing..





1) I MISS MY GOATEE! im pretty sure ive mentioned this before bes maybe i didnt but ive wanted to awal i used to sit my baby cuzin on me lap and she used to play with my goatee :p and i miss that plus i also miss playin with it meself its gr8 for daydreamin in class :p ive recently let myself go shavin wise and i have a beard thing goin but its soon goin to be history and im really thinkin of goin back to me goatee only cuz i wana play with it plus we got another young cuzin who might end up enjoying it too :P




2) I hate my template :p i dunno it just gets on me nerves and im too lazy to change it plus i formatted me laptop so i dont have the skin to my orange template i really miss that one it was orange thats enuf said :P




3) ive finished watchin alramya almultahiba and of all the things ud think that show can do to u or cant do :P its left me craving boiled eggs :P but i still cant find it in me to sacrifice sleep to wake up and have boiled eggs for breakfast :P




4) i had several run ins with stupid ppl to add to my list ( the one mentioned in an earlier post incase u forgot :P ) but for the life of me i cant remember any o well there was one.. it was early so 3ithra ma3a :P bes i got in a cab at 8am i had to rush to the hospital to have some bandages changed and then rush back to uni cuz i have a final so i get in this cab and im like "American Hospital" so he looks at me. waits 5 seconds. then points to the building which i just came out of and hes like "American Hospital". =/ im like no thats the american university, i need to go the hospital. He sat there with a blank stare and was just looking at me and then he was like "yes American hospital this one" now i knw they both have american but ud think a cab would knw the difference between a hospital and university !! it took him close to 5 mins to realize it thou.




5) I honestly dont recommend rushin to the hospital everyday b4 finals :P doin exams on painkillers only helps in making that A harder to get :p I feel stupid for not telling my teachers bout this but lookin at the grades they gave me it wasnt such a bad choice :P




6) i long for unemployment, im 4 months away from that now if only these 4 months would fly by like this hell-ish semester did :r

the Evilness of do0da's Ears

Well for the past couple of months my right ear has been blocked. So today after months of semi deafness in my right ear i finally decided to go see a doc! The words of Brain Regan come to mind, "You'd think instantly improved vision would be on the top of your to do list" course its not vision in my case bes you get the point. WELL NOW I KNW WHY ITS NOT! See its not the first time i visit mr ear doctor and last time the dude practically mutilated my fuckin ear! Bes i deserved that for misusing one of those ear cotton sticks :P apparently instead of cleaning/drying them i blocked them and he had to use suction and long pointy needles to get them out and ud think he'd be careful with all the needles but fuck no it felt like he was carving the mona lisa in my ear ducts:P



So after that i told myself to NEVER stick ANYTHING in my ear. Fa when i went to the doc today hes like inta 7a6 shay bathonik o ana im like NO! i learned my lesson from the first time. Hes like la2 akeed 7a6 shay o he gets his suction and needles and does his worst. O THE SHITTY THING IS I JUST REMEMBERED HOW IT GOT BLOCKED O I DIDNT PUT NE THING IN IT! EVEN THOU HE SAID HE SAW A JAR7 IN THERE ( ithahir athar the old doc :P even thou the old doc was like years ago :P ) IT got blocked bro7ha athakar awal every time i wake up, i find my right ear blocked bes awal kanat tifta7 in like 5 mins ? ba3dain min 5 lay 10 ba3dain min 10 til never opened til today :P

Well so i knw its been ages since my last post and even longer since my last Bits and Pieces so i figured il start there since mo 3arf what to choose to talk about so i figured everything will be good :P Well bout my abscense madri i was just not ina blogging mood i did pop up and comment every now n then bes i just lost the whole blogging feel ( its usually strongest lama 3indi dirasa or exams :P fa its only normal for it to be at its lowest when im in vacation :P ) bes i really wana post now cuz i feel like having a rant rant and a do0da rant ( the difference bein one is something pissing me off the other is something thats well just weirdly annoying :P )

Rant Rant

Well with it bein summer n all and everyone doing there own thing and people struggling to keep in touch nothing bugs me more then one of those people pops out of the blue and goes oh i missed you. I knw its a good thing to be missed but wtf is the point when that person was practically ignoring you only to pop and say that theyve been missing you? if i were more of an asshole id simply reply yea i knw the whole ignoring my msgs n calls really showed how much u did miss me =] but im not so i have to let it out here. But seriously like ppl complain about bein busy or overwhelmed and stuff and maybe its just me but i realllly doubt someone can be so busy they cant send 1 msg in a whole week. Its not a letter, its not even a bloody email ( thou if its gona be once a week it should be ) bes 1 msg takes like wat 1 min to type 2 if ur a slow texter ? So for me when some1 pops out and says theyve missed me its usually not that good a thing =/ maybe im just lookin at it the wrong way bes madri its like im sorry if u really cared we wouldnt have had to wait that long but like i said thats just me.

So we're in Spain :P and i was sitting for dinner with my sis when she spots the weirdest dish ive ever seen and me bein me I HAD TO TRY IT! Ya3ni my sis was just about to dare me into trying it bes before she could finish the whole dare statment i cut her off cause i needed no dare, NOTHING that weird gets put on a menu without me trying it! So what could possibly be that weird ?? :P BALSEMIC WATERMELON SOUP WITH STRAWBERRIES AND PRAWN !!!! @@



YES ! I KNW ! WTF !!! bes 3ad it turned out to be a "cold" soup =/ ? like when the fuck were soups ever cold ? ok ok put the coldness to one side who the fuck has ragi with PRAWNS ? Like who the hell ever thought hmm today i wana have raggi o ribyan o farawla :P ? like if i liked farawla ( i dont, the juice is cool bes im not a fan of eating strawberries) Then it wouldve had to be some1 like me who comes up to something like that cuz like SERIOUSLY WTF ?! Ok so i bet ur wondering how bad it is right :p ? well honestly, its.. not.. bad :p no its not good its.. just.. WRONG ! wala ya3ni i ate it all :P bes like the plate was literally 4 shrimps and he had a jug of strawberry and watermelon juice which he poured on the the bowl with 4 shrimps O_o the taste ? well imagine having shrimps and accidently dropping them in ur juice so u pick them up and eat them :P thats how it tastes. So yea not bad JUST WAY TO FUCKIN WRONG !

La Otra Mujer

Yes i knw its a totally diff layout but grey wasnt workin out for me and red was to red for some ppl plus i was bored and had a new photoshop and new brushes so taa daa? :p Ok back to the initial topic of this post.. La Otra Mujer !!

Theres one thing i love about being in swiss and thats their burgers !!! The homemade burgers here top B+F, Slider and B-Hub ! Madri wats so special bout it bes its just AWESOME ! For me the difference between a shitty burger and very good burger is the patty. And the difference between a very good burger and a GREAT burger is the SAUCE.

Sooo me bein me i went out and made myself the perfect sauce :P Ok so its not PERFECT cuz its waay to spicy for my sis :P bes ana i thought it wasnt spicy enuf bes it tasted amazing and perfectly complimented the burger i came up with ams :P so all thats missing is for my to name my burger and sauce my burger was named the mexican immigrant ( lame i knw but its all i could come up with on an empty stomach thinkin about a connection between swiss cheese and the jalapenos in the salsa) cuz awal the sauce was just salsa and swiss cheese but NOW its so good ima call it "La Otra Mujer" which is spanish for the other woman ;] ( astronut farmer ne1 ? :P ) the sauce has soooo many things i was suprised it tastes good :P ( i was worried id have to just dispose of a good burger :P ) so if u ever get hold of a good patty this is how u make La otra Mujer :P What you need: Beef Salami, a good burger Patty, 2 slices of swiss cheese, french dressing, ceasar dressing, salsa, tobasco, ketchup, italian dressing and some buns ofcourse oo oo and that red chili thingie madri shisma wait leme check wat it is.. ok so i think it is paprika chili powder :P

directions:

OK so u cook the burger to ur liking and then once its out put a few pieces of salami on top and cover them with swiss cheese. Repeat the process for the other side of the burger. So now the patty is sandwiched between cheese and salami. move on for the sauce :P

Grab a bowl put some ketchup in it ( 1/2 of how much sauce you want) Grab your salsa and put same amount as ketchup *stir the mixture* Then grab your tobasco and rishaw the sauce with it ( put as much as u normally wood on any meal which for me is alot :P ) *stir the mixture* Then came the paprika chili powder put twice as much as u did the tobasco *stir the mixture* then the ceaser dressing ( put as much as the fancy restaurants put on their salad, ya3ni mo wayd bes just more than a hint but then again how much is a hint :P ) then the french dressing , then the italian o both of them just as much as the ceaser and bain kil 7a6a make sure u stir the mixture :P and then taaa daaa you have the Nuba Sauce ( im out of creative names so im sticking to ppl i like :P ) i was gona take a pic of the burger bes i was starving and the cam wasnt near me so i just ate it =I im sorry..

Hala Madrid !

Well as some of you might have heard my bday passed acouple of days back bes i decided to not post about it, not till after Madrids game. I knw i dont usually write about football because lets face it not many of you would like to hear bout it bes ya3ni since it was my bday i deserve one footie post dont i?

Well so my footie post is bout my love for footie. Ive been getting alot of slack for this from parents and friends and most of em call me crazy for bein so obssessed and quite honestly I DONT CARE! Cause honestly i love this game in ways i cant describe. Since i cant describe them i will try and clarify just how much i love this game and more specifically Real Madrid.

What started off as just a method to kill time before it was my turn to go down to my arabic tutor turned into an obsession ive ditched classes, ditched SLEEP and much much more to watch Madrid play. KAFI ANA I DITCH SLEEP! oo Sure we used to be good we used to win alot and everything was honkey dorey bes its been 4 years off us doing shit 4 years of people making fun of Madrid 7ata oboy ily mala shu'3l bilkura kan yathqi6ni lama na5sir fa 7u6aw nafskum ib mukani when after 4 years of all we had a chance of winning something again! And it all came down to ONE day ! ONE game ! Needless to say i was a nervous wreck, i tried to be calm and i think i did a good job at faking calmness bes i really wasnt even close to that. Kint imwa9il youmha cuz kan 3indi quiz o report o stuff to do o i pulled an all nighter to do them o gi3adt the whole day mo makil shay lana i couldnt think about food, i couldnt think about sleep all i could think about was Madrid vs Mallorca a win wins us the league a loss.. well i didnt even want to think of that.

Game starts, and it started horribly the players were just as nervous as me and mistakes were being made left and right and well it was only a matter of time before they scored and they did around 15 mins into the game. Ana ihni gilt yala ma3alaih we've been turning around results every other game and this shouldnt stop us not with all this at stake! 32 mins in and our best striker the man who can score a goal out of nothing Ruud got injured @@ ana ihni idinya 9akat feeni 5ala9 bes gilt my 2 good luck charms cant fail me not now.

The 2 charms.

1) My msn nick has been in spanish for around 3-4 months and I never keep a nick that long bes 3ijabni o its been good luck for me ever since. Its a bit corny bes qi9at that nick is lama the fans finally lost hope o galaw ibna5sr idawri Toñin el Torero a famous fan went dressed to the games like this and started Cofradía del Clavo Ardiendo which loosely translates to the "Brotherhood of the Burning Nail." It is basically a brotherhood of people that have not lost the faith and think that Real Madrid can still win the league. So since i cant dress up like him and join him holding up that candle i did the best i could and put that as my nick for the whole time and we only lost one match out of 16 since i used that.


2) Zalabya ! I found this a bit late bes we were losing to Sevilla and i thought the league was over so i msg her and tell her we're losing she just said inshala itfozon wala thuwani o 7a6aina it3adul !! o after that goal ilfoz ! o The game against mallorca we were losing at half time so i talked to her o she wanted to go to bed bes 6ab3an ma 5alayt-ha i told her she has to be up and be my goodluck charm and well like i said shes yet to let me down =]

Back to the final game, the 2nd half started o we were dominating the game o fur9a wara fur9a o we knew we will score o it was only a matter of time o at the 68th minute GOAAAL !! 1-1 !! REYES ! The room erupted with screams! We were around 30+ ppl watching it bildorms oo the security had to calm us down bes for me it wasnt enough cause 1-1 we still lose the league we need another goal and it came a bit late but it did and ishu3or ily 7asaita lama dash is something i have never felt 4 years of struggle and pain 6li3aw mini after 10 seconds of screaming and celebrating faj2a i sat down o to find myself hyperventalting o dmoo3 ib3ani mo gadr amsik nafsi. Im so not the crying type ive been faced with alot of shit seen alot of touchy movies bes ive never even came close to shedding a tear bes when that goal i couldnt hold myself o top that off you 7a6aw my fav player Casillas ga3d yabchi min ilfar7a ana ihni 5ala9 intihait lana wala i feel for him maskeen 4 years of playing so well ( uhwa il7aris ) o shayilna maskeen 7ag FOUR years bes ilfareeq ily jidama kept letting him down bes not anymore =] the game ended 3-1 and i was ECSTATIC ! EUPHORIC ! You name a happy adjective o i was it ! In all my life only footie has been able to give me this feeling only footie has been able to make me hate my life only to love it the next week and that is why I DONT CARE if u think im careless when i play or if im a bit too obssessed bes for me this game IS my life and i love it! Some people look forward to their graduation, others to their wedding day, Me i hate graduations and weddings even more id rather just look forward to the next Madrid game.

Anyways sorry to bore you with all this footie talk heh now u you knw why i dont write about it much bes once a year should be fine and hope this clarifys why i will NEVER listen to all the footie is evil and dangerous talks cause i love it too much to care and if it means losing a finger, arm or leg then so be it as long as i can enjoy it i will!
