Black And Gold

So been back in kuwait for just under a week, and the trip has been awesome! It was a very last minute trip and i would've talked about it sooner bes i was pissed the player wasn't showing so 3aqabt my blog by neglecting it :r

ne ways greece for me will now forever be synonymous with GREAT food! think arabic food witha european twist :p i just regret not having enough time to try out everything over there. They have some AWESOME Kebab and we also tried one of their traditional restaurants oo i had me some goat meat with spinach, think marag shabzi bes in a more non marag dish :P and their deserts ! we gambled on two things wa7d nisait isma they served it to us on the house cuz he couldnt explain it to us bes he wanted us to try it o the second was Kataifi with ice cream; it had ice cream fa gilt how bad can it be :P 6ila3 it was awesome think a nutty knafa with bootha on the side :P bes allllllll that aside a7la shay we had, o akthar shay il miss believe it or not came from ma63am isma Cadillac 99 :P ma63am low itshofna matdishona let alone takloon mina :P

They have one of the best chocolate crepes ive ever had ! *drool* they make their own choc which tastes awesome and for some weird reason they had crushed biscuits in their crepe which after soaking up the hot chocolate sauce and getting steamed up min the crepe makes this crepe well worth the title of my fav choc crepe ever :r Mind you that restaurant is a pizza place :P and they suck at pizzas madri shlown they managed to make such a good crepe.

Oh and i wana learn greek ! very few of them speak english and their language is just way to geeky to not wana learn :p plus 3ashan abaynlukum how different they are Nei is Yes , and Okhi is No. oo and the kh is not the same Kh we have think american trying to say kh.

thats it for now mi7sin needs to go arrange a trip to smokehouse, and no i still didnt try cuts bes i plan on doing so soooooon.

Sacrifice

So i ditched my old template to be able to use the yahoo media player thingie. I've always wanted a way to easily share the songs stuck in my head irregardless of whether you'd actually go thru the trouble of listening to them :P

I'm currently in greece staying at a friends apartment as soon as he goes to uni il prolly have enough free time to look for a more decent template, till then i recommend you atleast check out the song by Stars and anything by the Airborne Toxic Event.

Ok seriously whats with all the hate? Maku a7ad magali the movie is long, boring, shit, etc Il7imdila kint miqtini3 min the da3aya its a movie mi7sin will like and mi7sin was right ! I thought it was very good! yes i did put a very before that good and in fact i might even go as far as saying its very very good!

I would compare it to into the wild, but then again ppl told me into the wild was long, slow and never ending. So if u hated one of these u knw wat to expect. A friend of mine compared the style ( i repeat style not goodness ) to Forest Gump, and yea you can say that cuz its narrated by the main actor about events that had already happened so if u don't mind a series of connected short stories its a very good movie.

I would love to see what ppl think of about schmidt if they thought Benjiman button was boring. Which reminds me i actually wana watch that movie again just to see if its really THAT boring.. bes ya3ni if my history teacher said it was boring and she teaches what i consider to be the most boring subject then what chance will i get at enjoying about schmidt?

isalfa o mafeeha i had my frist '3oozi that day; and every1 was disgusted by the sight of the sheeps head and all my lil cousins gathered up round it when my uncle forced open its mouth and ripped out its tongue :p thats when the kids ran away in utter horror and disgust ilmuhim 6ab3an ma7ad wanted to try the tongue cept for me and my uncle :P i wanted it cuz ive heard great things about how good it tastes o blah oo i heard the deeper part is the tasitest bes my uncle cut it and took most of the deep part o gave me the rest. BTW if uve never seen one, its like all black and horrible :P madri laish ppl thought of eating it , ilmuhim i take the skin/layer thing off o i start eating starting with the back and its like 3adi ya3ni i dont get the fuss.. then slowly moving on til i reached the tip... thats when i decided ok i REALLY don't get why ppl eat this !!! It tasted as if i was french kissing a sheep, it tasted exactly like sheep smell and to say the least dont expect to find that scent being sold on a shelf ne time soon. for the rest of the day i was haunted by that after taste, it was so strong no amount of sweets and candy or toothpaste could wash it away :p

bes no i dont regret it, thats one more thing crossed of the list of things do0da would like to eat :P Sadly its the only thing that do0da moved on to his never wana eat this again list too :p

im loving my break.

In my attempts at getting my diploma attested i have met way more than any mans fair share of stupid ppl. i think im setting a record for longest time waiting for the ministry to i9adqoon my shahada =].

So many blog-able stories, we have the tale of The Tamer loving Whales which im very very fond of bes ima spare them the humility =P 3adi u knw them so mala da3i ag3ad a7ish feehum ne more than i already have but THEY HAD IT COMING! but never had the time to actually write them out.

ne ways a bit old but ive been meanin to bitch about transporter 3 ? has ne1 watched that.. tara mo filim :p ma3tirif fee as a movie im serious, for it to be a movie the actors have to actually knw how to speak english and that includes ur lead female actor, they thought it was cool to go with ingilayzi imkasar, and they ended up having her talk about food 3 times in the movie. That was her big emotional scene, her titanic arm spread moment was her explaining what meal shes currently craving including how it should be served. Now, i love food, bes when u have such great lines as "you go off course!" replied to with "i like off course" food talk just doesnt cut it =/ watch it for me plz if u havent already i doubt u'll ever get a chance at viewing a movie that badly written.

How can some1 be busy doing nothing ? =/ 

a7is ma3indi wakt even thou im not really doing that much work , ya3ni ok every other morning im waking up and doing some errands, then theres the day we visit me grandmas, playing footie twice a week, the occasional going out to meet friends  and then suddenly when i think last thursday is just 2-3 days ago its thursday again =/ what happened to the other 4-5 days of the week im suppossed to have ??? 

I wana get employed already im thinkin that might tell me whats happening to my time -_- 

contemplating taking a break cuz well if u haven't noticed mi7sin has been lagging behind in reading ur blogs bes til all this clears up or i run out of morning errands expect longer gaps between the posts and less comments from me

it was my baby cousins bday today and i was in charge of the video cam. I was supposed to record the singing bes they didn't wait for me to turn on the cam so bes la7agt 3ala the aftermath so i ended up with 10 mins of useless video of them arguing who should be in the next group picture until the last 2 mins of the vid when faj2a bday boy who's 7 gets pissy and tries to pick up the cake so uma was like "Laish ga3d itsheel ilkayka??" bday boy was like " WAYD GA3D YAKLOON MINHA"

I think our cat is suffering from some sorta multiple personality disorder i mean one moment she thinks shes ina circus jumping thru the railings from one side of the stairs to the other side. Mind you she BARELY fits thru the railings so to think she can jump thru one in mid flight and the consequences being a 7 feet drop plus crashing into the railings makes me think she's either nuts or has simply descended from a long line of circus freaks. 

Then u got her trying to eat grass adrii il3eed greeb bes we're not that desperate for a sheep!

so my guess is il5ibla kanat nayma fog  fa when i slammed the door she woke up and 6ab3an malgoofa she wants to go see who slammed the door fa she decided to walk and find out forgetting shes on a ledge and therefore due to her in ability to walk on air she fell =P Shes fine thou she got up walked it off for a few seconds and went back to sleep.

Apparently google reader hates me and refuses to let a certain temporarily undisclosed blogger ( you can unveil urself to them whenever u wish thou i recommend we keep em guessing for a while just out of pure meaness and boredness ) ok enuf of that so yea google reader hates me and wont accept my blog it keeps adding another blog instead of mine 

so to all you google reader users out there, sadly since im not one of u therefore im oblivious to why google hates me, if u can kindly shed some light on the matter and maybe try to add me and tell me what u get. Thanks ! 

Stupid Ppl from Europe

Remember my stupid ppl chronicles all the way from mr I AM SUSHI too the rest of them. Well turns out even Europe decided to send a few of its stupid ppl my way this summer. I dunno why i always meet these ppl. Im starting to believe a  friend of mine who said, i bring the stupid out of ppl -_- Heres wat happened:

me and my sisters went on a trip to london, on our way to the plane the woman was checking our passports o my passport is sorta worn out. OK really worn out so worn out the only thing thats left on the front cover is the word WAIT , so it looks like this 

soo ilwoman takes it o tgalib fee o itgalib fee looking for something, il3ada they either look for the page with ur pic or a visa 9a7? tadroon shino is2latni -_- 

"Where is the first page of ur passport?" ana 9ara7atan tana7t ihni ma3iraft shlown ajawib o ma3tiqid anlam =p ya3ni she did say first page o adri ina jawazi shway mamsoo7 bes ya3ni if its not the side she first checked im pretty sure theres only one other place it can be and thats the other side of the passport -_- 

too her credit she found it by herself then me and my sis had a laugh at her :p wala low ana min her coworkers amsik-ha 3alaiha sina :P

Wi9alna landan al7een ok, o its just me and my sisters. ana masik all their passports o mind you the youngest of my sisters is only FOUR years younger than me. I go up to the passport control counter o i hand her our passports . Faj2a wila the woman asks:

The End of The World

How come i never heard about the end of the world being today.. or wait its actually been delayed to Oct 21st was it. DAMNIT we have to wait another two months *sigh* 

No do0da hasn't officially lost it.. yet. BUT he just caught sniff of the whole LHC hype going on and its fun watching ppl go crazy over something that and i quote, had the total physical destruction of the planet on the list of direct consequences of getting things wrong. dare i say SWEET =p 

LHC ( Large Hardon Collider ) is the world's largest and highest-energy particle accelerator complex. Yup wiki is useful. In other words they're sorta trying to replicate the big bang and create mass. Basically another chance for men in white to try and play god. 

So if you think they really are gonna botch it up and kill us all heres some good advice from gizmodo after it was announced the actual test won't happen for another two months : you can think about it as another extension to your life. In other words: You have two more months to find Uma Thurman/Brad Pitt/Richard Simmons and 1) convince her/him/it that the world is going to end and 2) you are the best lay there is to have before that happens.

So to commemorate my 100th post i decided to revert to my shitty flash skills and give u a short cartoon about "a couple of things do0da loves to hate".

If you've been around for my earlier posts you would know there's nothing do0da hates more than MORNINGS ! to quote Jim Davis "Good morning is a contradiction of terms"

Dont you just hate waking up and finding the stupid sun glaring at you from the window, as if laughing at you telling ur sleep times over. And no matter how much i glare at it with disgust and hate hoping a lost black cloud will come and devour its sunlight blessing me with a dark gloomy raining morning, a morning which begs you to stay tucked in an sleep for an extra couple of hours. im slaped with a strong dose of reality that today like most other days im stuck with yet another sunny morning.

So why would one want to associate himself with mornings? I dunno but some asshole thought it'd be funny to create the perfect morning companion. The EVILEST of creations ever made by man. Its evilness surpassing the worst biological weapon ever made. THE FUCKING ALARM CLOCK ! ITS SOLE PURPOSE IS TO DEPRIVE YOU OF UR SLEEP! AND ITs been magically created to only wake u up at the best parts of ur dream. Thus i wish its creater long hours of pain and misery!

But again im slapped with yet another strong dose of reality that these things are actually useful blah blah blah

it is such hate which drove me to blog my rants and thanks to all that ive now been round for 2 yrs managing 100 posts without being dragged to the looney bin. FOr the sake of ur sanity il try not to stick around for much more.

Remember the my head vid post? Well c'mon its only 2 posts back :P You knw whats weird out of all the 19 or so comments only ONE person actually comment on the actual content itself :P

I mean i knw my voice is not ur average kuwaiti 22yr old voice bes u need a weird voice to match the weird personality and i even had to make sure the post was semi audible yet only balqees managed to make ne thing out of the post. Anyways since then i finished the book. It was good. not amazing but good. Then i saw the movie starring john Cusack and Jack Black. Its weird watching a movie adaptation of a book 5 mins after finishing the book. Everything was fresh in my head since i finished the book inside a week ( i knw its a short book that can be finished ina day bes i like to take my time with books i like ) and what was really weird was the fact they decided to say exact phrases from the book so its like wow amazing but the order in which they came in the movie was all wrong. Like ashya2 min the ending was used in the beginning of the movie but it fits in so for those who dont knw its nothing big bes 7asait ina the movement was killish mala da3i lana why fix it if it aint broke ? and well as usual in this case the book was way better than the movie :p bes it was still a good movie. Anyways heres the paragraph i narrated in the post

listening to thousands, literally thousands, of songs about broken hearts and rejection and pain and misery and loss. The unhappiest people I know, romantically speaking, are the ones who like pop music the most; and I don't know whether pop music has caused this unhappiness, but I do know that they've been listening to the sad songs longer than they've been living the unhappy lives.
