i think that at times u lsn to a song and say " jabtha 3al jar7"
or when we'r sad like if ur bf/gf left u, u lsn to a sad aong about it, or if u feel enk ur lonley u lsn o a lonely sad song
and at times ur bored and then lsn to a sad son so then u feel w33 after it u feel so depressed
so i think that is works in both ways
